Return & Refund Policy | Relievers

At Relievers, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, certain wellness and personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page

  • Requests made after the return window


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or video of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or resolution as applicable.


Return Process

  2. Share your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps

  4. Approved returns must be sent back as instructed

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item

  • Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to process

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (where applicable)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds (if approved) may be processed via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit

  • Replacement product

Refund method will be communicated during resolution.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Eligibility conditions mentioned above

If an exchange is not possible, an alternative solution will be offered.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to an error from Relievers


Important Notes

  • Relievers reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • Repeated order refusals or misuse of COD may result in order restrictions

  • This policy applies only to purchases made through the official Relievers website
